Is this the end of Jiggitysmith?

I mean. I've been completely dead for about 3 months now, right? So what IS going on you say?

As you may be aware, I created the Lolcats when I was on unemployment. That shit ran out and I had to get a job.

I figured I'd have some time to get projects done when I wasn't working, but I got a job at a place that's currently going through the busiest part of its season (it's a pool parts warehouse and it's currently summer) so I seriously work about 60-70 hours a week. The good news is that it's virtually dead in its off season and my boss is totally cool with me animating at work when it gets slow since there won't be anything to do (corporate rules say there has to be people there year round).

So no. I am not dead. I am only busting my balls at work so that I can pay off some debt and then buy some tools for producing future animations.

So has anything been done?

Not really, but I do have several ideas that I'm going to pursue once I get some time to myself in a month or two. I might even buy myself one of those stylus drawing board things and create my own brand of artwork.

Will I completely abandon the Lolcats?

I doubt I ever will if only for the sake of the fans who get into it (a bit too much). I will be making future episodes, but it won't be my main focus. The whole Lolcat project was (quite literally) started as practice so I could get better at animating/scening/etc for when I am able to get started on bigger projects that I had scripts for even before cat macros became mainstream.
